Maintaining a balance of emotions is the key to a happy life.

The one thing that is always with us is our emotions and our mind. But somehow no school is teaching us about how to deal with them or what are they about.

Also, I want to point out at emotions that we experience on a daily basis that stop us from being our true self. Also, there is a basic range of emotions that we experience. Other emotions would be a sub emotion of these emotions.

You may also ask why should I care about emotions?

I think you should care because they are there with you weather you like it or not and that they can take over your life and ruin it for you.

How do emotions work?

For a emotion to come about we first need to have a trigger, like let’s say our ex-lover or our friend who we don’t talk to any more, we see them and then have a emotion reaction of angry or hate etc.

which leads us to experience annoyance or bitterness etc.

Which then later we have a response of dispute etc.

hope you get the rift…

But not to worry we have the most amazing thing in the universe

Basic Human Goodness

What do I mean by this?

What I am trying to say here is that we are all good people, I have seen and heard of ordinary people show great acts of kindness, and if we can look beyond the media that is fulling us with bad news we start to see that yes, this is try. We see that in the people around us there are people with real human qualities.

Kindness is the only thing that the more you give the more you have
